Ortiz, not Garcia, to headline Golden Boy return

Golden Boy's original plan for Ryan Garcia to take part in its Fourth of July return fell through as talks fell apart. Instead, undefeated welterweight Vergil Ortiz will be the headliner when the promotion returns to boxing.
